Own the overall architecture and health of the HubSpot platform
Design and maintain scalable workflows, automation sequences, and lifecycle stage management processes
Manage and optimize HubSpot’s data structure, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
Build and maintain integrations between HubSpot and the broader tech stack
Troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical configurations
Monitor platform health and proactively identify opportunities to improve system performance

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, Computer Science or related field preferred
2-4+ years of hands-on experience administering and building within HubSpot
Proven ability to implement HubSpot from requirements through deployment
Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and B2B demand generation processes
Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Zapier)
Familiarity with SQL or experience collaborating closely with data/analytics teams is a plus
