• Lead, coach and manage a team of DRII-certified specialists
• Own the enterprise BCM program: define scope/schedule/cadence/quality standards
• Develop, establish, deliver and maintain business continuity policies, standards, procedures and guidelines
• Plan and execute risk assessments, tabletop/simulation exercises
• Partner with Third-Party Risk, IT DR and other stakeholders to obtain and validate recovery capabilities
