About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support our project management team in preparing and following up on client projects — from data maintenance to technical configuration.
You will handle administrative tasks in the day-to-day running of projects: documentation, status updates, database maintenance and coordination of internal to-dos.
You will prepare projects technically — e.g. setting up customer accounts, configuring forms and checking system requirements.
You will assist with quality assurance: checklists, test runs and structured handovers to project managers.
You will help to further develop and document internal processes and templates.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You are a enrolled student — ideally in Health Sciences, Health Management, Business Administration/Economics or a comparable field.
You work in a structured, meticulous and reliable way — even when handling repetitive tasks.
You are tech-savvy and quick to get to grips with digital tools.
You communicate clearly — confidently in spoken and written German and English.
You can commit 15–20 hours per week and are flexible with scheduling.
Nice to have: initial experience in project environments, the healthcare sector or in SaaS.
