About the role

  • Installation and configuration of Nelly interfaces (VDDS, VDDS-RZ, API) in dental practices — remotely and, when necessary, on-site
  • Conduct system tests and perform quality assurance after installation
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues
  • Document installation processes and develop standardized procedures
  • Close interdisciplinary collaboration, e.g., with the Integrations team, to continuously improve our installation processes

Requirements

  • Strong technical understanding and experience with Windows systems and their administration
  • Ideally experience with software installations in networked environments
  • Basic knowledge of ticketing and process management tools (e.g., Jira) as well as monitoring and logging solutions (e.g., Datadog)
  • Customer-focused mindset and clear, solution-oriented communication
  • Structured way of working and strong problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to quickly learn new technologies and systems
  • Fluent German (C2) and solid English skills
