Build connections between different practice management systems and Nelly backend systems
Build and maintain Rust-based applications, from locally running clients to transaction-based backend systems
Integrate on-site practice management systems with the Nelly platform with performance and platform-agnostic considerations
Work with modern technologies including AWS and manage infrastructure as code
Take ideas from concept to implementation, impacting customers within days
Contribute to defining, maintaining and improving architecture and engineering best practices
Collaborate within a driven engineering team and cross-functional stakeholders
Requirements
At least 5 years as a software engineer
Coding skills in Rust
Proficiency in data and API modelling
Knowledge of software engineering best practices for the full development life cycle
Strong team-player mentality
Bonus: experience with AWS, security best practices and Windows Native APIs
Proficiency in English; German knowledge is a plus
