About the role
- Design, build, and deploy agentic systems to production by leveraging recent AI advances, including RAG and ReAct, to develop effective solutions.
- Work on highly applied projects with real-world impact, following a "start small, learn fast" approach where every solution is built with practical outcomes in mind.
- Evaluate, select, and integrate AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to ensure scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment that emphasizes experimentation and rapid iteration to deliver results.
- Support user interviews, contribute to product planning, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful projects.
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics, physics, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python and practical experience with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, or similar).
- Familiarity with cloud-native development, ideally on AWS.
- Strong intuition for how modern LLM agents and agentic systems operate.
- Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with a passion for advancing AI in healthcare and fintech.
- Proactive and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Proficiency in both English and German.
