About the role
- You are responsible for your own customer portfolio and ensure that our customers are satisfied and successful with Nelly over the long term.
- As the central point of contact for users and decision-makers, you guide practices from onboarding through long-term use and develop sustainable customer relationships.
- You handle inquiries via chat, email, phone and during on-site visits, identify cross- and up-sell opportunities, and implement targeted customer retention strategies.
- In close collaboration with our product team, you bring in customer feedback and help to continuously improve Nelly.
Requirements
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience working with B2B or B2C customers.
- You have completed a bachelor’s degree or a vocational qualification.
- You are a strong communicator, have German at C2 level and very good English skills.
- You are motivated and enjoy working independently and with focus, while also collaborating with the team and with Nelly customers.
- With your open personality, structured way of working and enthusiasm for problem solving, you are a great fit for Nelly.
- Nice to have: experience in healthcare or finance.
- Advantageous: knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) and Asana (or similar project management tools).
