About the role

As a **Finance Intern**, you’ll be at the heart of a fast-growing healthtech & fintech scale-up, gaining hands-on experience across FP&A, Accounting, and Strategy. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, shaping how financial insights drive real business decisions.

**Availability & Language Skills**: You’re fluent in English and German and can join us for at least 4–6 months. You’re currently enrolled in or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
**A Curious Mindset:** You’re eager to learn, challenge the status quo, and get a deep understanding of financial processes, business models, and decision-making in a fast-growing scale-up.
**Hands-On Mentality**: You love taking ownership, working pragmatically, and know when “done” is better than “perfect” — and vice versa.
**Analytical Strength**: You bring strong quantitative skills, with solid Excel/Google Sheets abilities (financial modeling, data analysis, dashboards).
**Financial Foundations**: You understand how the three financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) connect and are keen to apply that knowledge to real business challenges.
**Early Experience:** You’ve gained some initial exposure to finance — whether through internships, working student roles, or projects in areas like startups, investment banking, VC, or consulting.
**Growth Mindset**: You’re motivated to take initiative, support strategic and operational finance topics, and accelerate your personal and professional development.
