About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end design and activation of impact and performance mechanisms
  • Design the team listening experience to measure and act on feedback
  • Facilitate onboarding experiences for new joiners to ensure they feel connected and informed
  • Design frameworks and tools for leadership development and culture activation
  • Partner with People Business Partners for tech, engineering, hardware, and business functions to design and deploy solutions accordingly

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Product and systems thinking
  • Sequencing and prioritisation under pace
  • High AI fluency
  • Data and measurement literacy
  • Culture activation instinct
  • Facilitation and translation across audiences: senior leaders, business functions, and technical teams
  • Stakeholder influence and judgment in ambiguity
  • Nice to have: Tech savvy & comfortable with basic technical concepts, understanding of API, SCIM, SSO, Entra, Background in change management, organisational design, or L&D in scaling tech companies, Centre of excellence + business partnering experience in fast-paced, high-growth organisations
