Learning & Development Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the end-to-end design and activation of impact and performance mechanisms
- Design the team listening experience to measure and act on feedback
- Facilitate onboarding experiences for new joiners to ensure they feel connected and informed
- Design frameworks and tools for leadership development and culture activation
- Partner with People Business Partners for tech, engineering, hardware, and business functions to design and deploy solutions accordingly
Requirements
What you’ll need- Product and systems thinking
- Sequencing and prioritisation under pace
- High AI fluency
- Data and measurement literacy
- Culture activation instinct
- Facilitation and translation across audiences: senior leaders, business functions, and technical teams
- Stakeholder influence and judgment in ambiguity
- Nice to have: Tech savvy & comfortable with basic technical concepts, understanding of API, SCIM, SSO, Entra, Background in change management, organisational design, or L&D in scaling tech companies, Centre of excellence + business partnering experience in fast-paced, high-growth organisations
