About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, scaling, and reliability of Neko Health’s core infrastructure
- Establish a scalable, secure infrastructure platform on Azure supporting health and member data
- Enable significantly faster product deployment cycles through platform improvements
- Increase system reliability and reduce operational incidents affecting clinics
- Build and scale a high-performance platform engineering team (10-15 engineers initially)
- Define long-term platform strategy in close partnership with Product and Data
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience building and scaling large-scale infrastructure systems
- Experience building infrastructure as a platform (PaaS mindset) or SRE-level systems
- Strong hands-on engineering background; ability to code and design systems
- Experience scaling infrastructure across regions
- Experience using AI tooling platforms (Claude Code)
- Experience leading managers and scaling to multi-team structures
