About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape how we communicate across every touchpoint.
  • Define and evolve our brand voice, translating complex medical and technical concepts into clear, engaging, and credible content.
  • Own and evolve Neko Health’s brand voice across digital, product, marketing, and member communications, ensuring clarity and trust at every touchpoint.
  • Write high-quality copy for campaigns, website content, product experiences, emails, social media, and brand storytelling.
  • Partner with designers, product managers, clinicians, and marketers to create cohesive narratives that simplify complex topics.
  • Strengthen and expand brand guidelines for written communication, improving consistency and scalability.
  • Support product launches, experiments, and growth initiatives with clear, compelling messaging.
  • Review and elevate copy across the organisation, acting as a thought partner and mentor.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience as a copywriter in brand, product, or marketing roles.
  • Strong ability to translate complex or technical topics into accessible, engaging language.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments with evolving priorities.
  • Equally strong in strategic narrative development and hands-on writing.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident working cross-functionally.
  • A portfolio demonstrating high-quality writing across brand, product, and campaign contexts.
  • Curious, thoughtful, and motivated by creating work that genuinely helps people.
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, technology, or other complex or regulated industries (preferred).
  • Ability to work across digital, physical, and experiential touchpoints (preferred).
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining brand guidelines (preferred).
