About the role
- Take ownership of our learning management system, Sana.
- Keep content current as our processes evolve.
- Ensure people complete necessary training with no backlog.
- Update training in advance of process changes to ensure compliance.
- Monitor training completion and assist employees in need.
- Produce complete and current competence documentation for auditors.
- Build courses in collaboration with process owners and experts to ensure clarity and accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in training coordination, learning and development, or quality administration.
- Background in a regulated industry — medical devices, pharma, or healthcare. You know what compliance means in practice.
- Real experience administering a learning management system, not just using one.
- Working knowledge of ISO 13485 §6.2 or similar regulated training requirements.
- Some experience building or maintaining training content — you know what makes a course work.
- Fluent in English; Swedish is a genuine plus given the team you’ll be working with.
