About the role

  • Take ownership of our learning management system, Sana.
  • Keep content current as our processes evolve.
  • Ensure people complete necessary training with no backlog.
  • Update training in advance of process changes to ensure compliance.
  • Monitor training completion and assist employees in need.
  • Produce complete and current competence documentation for auditors.
  • Build courses in collaboration with process owners and experts to ensure clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in training coordination, learning and development, or quality administration.
  • Background in a regulated industry — medical devices, pharma, or healthcare. You know what compliance means in practice.
  • Real experience administering a learning management system, not just using one.
  • Working knowledge of ISO 13485 §6.2 or similar regulated training requirements.
  • Some experience building or maintaining training content — you know what makes a course work.
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is a genuine plus given the team you’ll be working with.
