About the role
- Support hiring across G&A and business functions, including People, Finance, Legal, Strategy, Marketing, Communications, and Operations across the US and Europe.
- Source proactively and creatively, using diverse talent pools across corporate, scale-up, and high-performance environments.
- Partner with senior leadership to advise on role requirements, organisational needs, and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on pipeline performance, helping identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience hiring G&A or business function talent in high-growth, fast-paced, or complex environments, ideally within healthcare, medical, or the hospital industries.
- Proven ability to identify and attract talent from top-performing companies or scale-ups.
- Strong sourcing skills and a research-driven approach to uncovering high-quality candidates.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders.
