About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians
  • Manage all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting high-volume hiring efforts
  • Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, support offer preparation, and ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase
  • Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process
  • Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
  • Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox)
  • Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning
  • Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred
  • Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
