Field Recruiter
Neighborly®Field Recruiter supporting Neighborly’s Talent Acquisition in recruitment for professional services and front line roles. Managing recruitment activities, candidate pipelines, and high-volume hiring efforts.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Talent Acquisition team in executing recruitment strategies for roles in professional services as well as front line workers/technicians
- Manage all recruitment activities such as maintaining accurate candidate data and supporting high-volume hiring efforts
- Coordinate interviews, manage candidate pipelines, support offer preparation, and ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment phase
- Source candidates through job boards, job fairs, outreach, and other networking opportunities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Conduct application review and initial steps within the recruiting process
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
- Manage candidate movement within the ATS (Workday & Paradox)
- Assist with offer letter preparation using approved templates and compensation guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting, coordination, administrative support, or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to full-cycle recruiting or strong interest in learning
- Experience with an ATS (Workday or similar) preferred
- Experience supporting entry-level or high-volume hiring environments preferred
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
