Work directly with the Program Management Department to review invoices and assure accurate formatting, pricing and billing.\n
Work with franchisees to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with software used to transmit data to program carriers ( Xactimate , XactAnalysis, DASH, MICA , Symbility /CORELOGIC, Mobile Claims, Quality Assurance Assist ).\n
Provide support to the Franchise Consultants on franchise issues dealing with any of Rainbow’s program work.\n
Provide support and training as needed for Rainbow’s systems as it relates to program work.\n
Act as liaison between Rainbow’s program customers and franchisees as needed to resolve problems and quantify customer satisfaction.\n
Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities .\n
Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.\n
Write speeches and articles for publication reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.\n

Requirements
(Required qualifications) Must be comfortable in dealing with business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements.\n
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.\n
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\n
Highly organized and detail-oriented.\n
Self-starter.\n
Ability to work autonomously with little support.\n
High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.\n
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.\n
Some college preferred.\n
Experience: Two (2) years of related experience preferred but not required.
