About the role

  • Work directly with the Program Management Department to review invoices and assure accurate formatting, pricing and billing.\n
  • Work with franchisees to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with software used to transmit data to program carriers ( Xactimate , XactAnalysis, DASH, MICA , Symbility /CORELOGIC, Mobile Claims, Quality Assurance Assist ).\n
  • Provide support to the Franchise Consultants on franchise issues dealing with any of Rainbow’s program work.\n
  • Provide support and training as needed for Rainbow’s systems as it relates to program work.\n
  • Act as liaison between Rainbow’s program customers and franchisees as needed to resolve problems and quantify customer satisfaction.\n
  • Successfully communicate and work with brand presidents, officers, external contacts, and internal departments to perform responsibilities .\n
  • Respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.\n
  • Write speeches and articles for publication reports, business correspondence, procedure manuals.\n

Requirements

  • (Required qualifications) Must be comfortable in dealing with business mathematics, particularly in reading and understanding financial statements.\n
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.\n
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.\n
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.\n
  • Self-starter.\n
  • Ability to work autonomously with little support.\n
  • High computer literacy including strong experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook is required.\n
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required.\n
  • Some college preferred.\n
  • Experience: Two (2) years of related experience preferred but not required.
