About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own full implementation plans for assigned projects
  • Collaborate with Implementation Managers on configuration, technical, and business requirements
  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects
  • Establish project governance structures, meeting cadences, decision frameworks, and communication pathways
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, RAID logs, and action item trackers
  • Drive project timelines, accountability, coordination, and follow-through for clients and internal teams
  • Deliver internal and external status reports, executive summaries, and progress updates
  • Facilitate meetings, document decisions, address risks, and communicate next steps
  • Build relationships with program administrators, technical contacts, and executive sponsors
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and blockers
  • Guide customers toward best practices based on platform capabilities and implementation lessons learned
  • Assess dependencies across workstreams and adjust plans with Implementation Managers and technical teams
  • Partner with Implementation Managers and Configuration Specialists on requirements and customer needs
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Client Support, and Strategic Accounts on issues and escalations
  • Partner with Sales during RFP responses and late-stage opportunities
  • Participate in project management, governance, and delivery process improvements
  • Lead customer workshops, requirement alignment sessions, and governance meetings
  • Occasionally travel to client sites for kickoffs, discovery, or critical milestones

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of overall business experience
  • At least 5 years leading complex, enterprise-level SaaS implementation projects
  • PMP certification required
  • Strong command of project management methodologies, governance structures, and risk frameworks
  • Proven ability to manage multiple large projects simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Excellent executive-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to understand software capabilities and translate them into project plans, timelines, and recommendations
  • Ability to collaborate across Product, Sales, Leadership, Development, and Data Operations
  • High accountability, ownership mentality, and track record of driving teams to meet commitments
  • Experience working with state or local government agencies preferred
  • Familiarity with housing, community development, or grant-funded programs preferred
  • Experience with workflow-based or case management SaaS platforms preferred
  • Familiarity with Vitally, PlanHat, ClickUp, RocketLane, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar platforms preferred
  • Candidates must be able to commute to the Atlanta office at least one day per week
