About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage end-to-end deployment activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and align with business goals
Act as internal liaison with key partners to set up timely sessions
Educate clients on best practices while enabling scalable adoption
Document and ensure customers understand implications of deviating from recommendations
Align iD Cloud with the client's systems and processes for a smooth rollout
Serve as a trusted advisor and central point of contact, fostering strong partnerships throughout the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in the retail industry, particularly working with RFID or iD Cloud
Demonstrated expertise in independently leading and executing multiple complex implementation projects
Strong foundation in project management principles (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile methodologies)
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must have strong technical presentation skills
B.S./B.A. or 5+ years of relevant job experience
Project Management certification preferred such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CAPM.
Must hold a valid U.S. driver's license and be eligible for U.S. employment.
