About the role

  • Define and own the global marketing strategy for the Retail Business Unit, aligning brand, product positioning, and commercial.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term enterprise value creation.
  • Own and evolve the global brand strategy for Retail, ensuring strong differentiation, clarity of value proposition, and leadership positioning in competitive international markets.
  • Establish marketing as a measurable growth engine by building scalable demand generation frameworks, pipeline contribution models, and customer expansion strategies.
  • Ensure strong alignment between product innovation and market needs by leading product marketing strategy across the full portfolio.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to leadership. Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Engagement to ensure coherent global execution and consistent customer messaging.
  • Build, structure, and develop a high-performing global marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role within a SaaS, retail technology, or hardware/software hybrid and multicultural environment.
  • A Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (specialized marketing preferred; communications only is not sufficient)
