Backend Engineer

• Product development — Collaborate with our product team to build new features and improve existing ones to enhance the experience for our users and customers
• Observability — Help the team understand the behavior of our backend systems
• Improve our security — We handle sensitive data and continuously work to strengthen our security posture
• Operations — You build it, you run it. Monitor how your services perform in production and iteratively improve them
• Refactoring legacy code — Replace early-stage designs with more reliable and resilient solutions, such as event-driven, state-machine architectures
• SQL, REST, Messaging systems — Be able to work independently with the tech stack
• Collaborate with our machine learning experts — Integrate deep learning models and classical algorithms for audio and video analysis by working closely with the ML team

Software Engineer/Developer, Golang

Marketing

• Translate complex technical product information into clear, concise, and sales-ready content (e.g., PowerPoint decks, product papers, product positioning)
• Build product knowledge across the company and enable Sales and Marketing
• Communicatively prepare product and feature releases
• Develop sales enablement materials: pitch decks, messaging, product comparisons, process charts
• Host webinars for prospective customers on new products/features
• Analyze customer needs and convert them into concrete requirements/tickets for Product & Tech
• Product launch & lifecycle: accompany products from market introduction through ongoing development
• Work closely with product managers on prioritization and specification
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Sales, and Marketing.
