About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with multidisciplinary project team on the design of critical programmes
Act as a trusted point of contact for the client
Make informed design decisions and influence outcomes

Support the programme through GDS Design and Build phase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience with Interaction Design within GDS projects
Demonstrable Experience with Figma
Experience working within multidisciplinary delivery teams
Eligibility for UK Security Clearance and NPPV3
Demonstrable experience working with complex stakeholder groups, navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Experience working within Home Office, Bluelight, Public Safety or Justice contexts
Ideally experience working in a GDS Assessment - preferably Beta
Experience using Figma Make and/or other AI design tools.
