About the role
- Serve as a senior technical authority responsible for designing and delivering advanced AI and cloud platform architectures
- Architect robust platforms leveraging Red Hat OpenShift, Red Hat AI Inference Server, and associated products
- Design and implement AI inference and on-prem model training solutions
- Build hybrid and multi-cloud AI platforms
- Own and deliver PoCs, performance benchmarks, and architectural accelerators
- Implement automation using Ansible, Terraform, GitOps, and OpenShift-native tooling
Requirements
- 10-15 yrs of overall experience (1-2 Yrs in AI, at least 5 yrs in cloud and Kubernetes)
- Red hat OpenShift- 1-2 Yrs (Must have)
- Hands-on mastery of Red Hat OpenShift (4.x)
- Strong experience with Red Hat AI Inference Server
- Solid knowledge of OpenShift AI (KServe, ModelMesh)
- Proven experience designing architectures spanning on-prem, ROSA/AWS, Azure/ARO, or GCP
- Advanced automation skills using Ansible, Terraform, and GitOps workflows
- Familiarity with platform observability, monitoring stacks
