About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and build the systems that manage and track the entire marketing journey for Token Factory
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to create visibility, automation, and intelligence for GTM execution
Build and scale Token Factory’s funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue
Connect product telemetry, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and marketing data into a unified view of customer activity
Define and evolve MQL, PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to uncover bottlenecks and drive decisions
Develop signal-driven workflows and automations for team prioritization
Use AI and automation to improve GTM systems and optimize workflows
Create operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, funnel health, and performance visibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience across GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Product Analytics, Growth Operations, or similar roles
Experience building systems that connect data, workflows, and customer signals across multiple platforms
Strong SQL and analytics skills with a track record of turning data into action
Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, Hightouch, or similar platforms
Experience building workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems
Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
