Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and track orders, shipments, and production schedules.
Follow up with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Identify and resolve delays or supply chain issues.
Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams.
Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
Expedite urgent orders and prioritize critical shipments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related experience
Experience in expediting, procurement, or logistics (preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/logistics systems
Preferred qualifications
Experience with international procurement and multi-currency contracts
Familiarity with standard contract forms (FIDIC or equivalent)
Exposure to large-scale, owner-led or EPCM project models
