The Enterprise Product Specialist serves as the main solutions expert and technical resource for the Neat enterprise customer community. Three main points of focus comprise the majority of the responsibilities: Sales Collaboration (partner with Account Managers on strategic enterprise accounts through the entire account lifecycle), Product Team Ambassador (collect and respond to customer feedback, communicate roadmap), and Product Evangelist (demonstrations, internal training, and events).
Requirements
Strong professional background in videoconferencing and commercial audio-visual technologies.
Knowledge of key unified communications and collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom rooms; certifications in those areas is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Social media content creation, enterprise networking background (including 802.1x, proxy deployment, and cloud management tools) is a plus.
