About the role
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Shape and Implement next phase of Workday adaption
- Designing and implementing company policies
- Monitoring key HR metrics
- Acting as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
- Creating detailed reports on HR costs
- Addressing employees’ queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)
- Oversee all human resources operations and ensure alignment with business goals
- Communicate with senior managers to express new ideas and solutions
- Act as a consultant on human resources management and act as an implementation consultant
Requirements
- Experience with implementing SOX compliance in a pre-IPO setting
- Strong experience in implementing and using Workday a must
- Experience from the technology industry a strong plus
- Knowledge of scaling businesses a must
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
- Analytical and goal oriented
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- Good knowledge of labor law
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
