About the role
- Oversee the execution of a highly complex and cross-functional Moveworks integration and enablement program, partnering with senior stakeholders to embed Moveworks into design, research, writing, support, and operational workflows.
- Operate independently to drive end-to-end Moveworks implementation, including mapping PDLC and operational workflows, defining business/product requirements, coordinating with engineering teams, validating integrations, and establishing success metrics.
- Translate complex technical, organizational, and business challenges into clear strategies, scalable solutions, and actionable execution plans that accelerate workflow efficiency and improve the employee experience.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and overlaps across programs, Moveworks capabilities, integrations, and related initiatives to ensure coherence and eliminate duplication.
- Implement scalable governance models and operational processes that balance rapid platform adoption with responsible usage, data integrity, and change control.
- Drive organizational change management, supporting stakeholders as they adopt new Moveworks-enabled processes, behaviors, and workflows.
- Ensure consistent communication and alignment across technical, business, and executive audiences, including transparency around program status, risks, tradeoffs, and resourcing impacts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ Years of experience driving complex, cross-functional programs in high-scale technology organizations, partnering closely with UX, research, content, product, operations, and engineering teams.
- Bring rigor and systems thinking to ambiguous environments; excel at driving aligned execution across organizational boundaries.
- Experience implementing or integrating enterprise platforms (e.g., Moveworks, ITSM solutions, automation tools) into workflows, processes, or employee support systems.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
