Drive flawless cross-functional coordination across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership
Design and deliver curated executive summits, advisory gatherings, and private customer events
Own Neara’s end-to-end strategy and presence at global flagship conferences
Build premium conference marketing kits that signal category leadership
Build and maintain master project plans for every major event
Act as the cross-functional command center ensuring alignment among teams
Orchestrate executive experiences that deepen strategic relationships
Elevate webinars into polished digital experiences
Establish scalable systems for event planning, vendor management, and budget control
Ensure post-event follow-up and pipeline tracking are tightly coordinated with Sales
