- Strong ownership of process, with experience optimizing ATS systems and recruitment operations.
- Agile and adaptable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Requirements
- 7+ years recruiting/TA experience, including deep technical recruiting experience
- 3+ years of passive sourcing experience
- Previous experience recruiting in Web3, open-source, or blockchain ecosystems OR global tech start ups.
- Familiarity with global labor markets and compliance practices.
- Passion for emerging technologies
