• Monitor data collection and ensure its accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop and adapt monitoring tools according to the implementation plan.
• Conduct regular field visits and facilitate focus group discussions with beneficiaries.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of collected and stored data.
• Support the definition of indicators, baselines and targets.
• Develop and regularly update Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) plans.
• Process, analyze and visualize data using digital tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Contribute to the production, standardization and quality assurance of MEL reports.
• Facilitate periodic learning sessions with project teams.
• Document learning and adaptation processes.
• Operationalize all MEL procedures and tools for the Near East Foundation (NEF).
• Maintain and oversee feedback, complaints and response mechanisms.
