About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate Bahamas day trips, including flights, activities, and guest logistics
Design, quote, and manage customized vacation packages (flights, hotels, and experiences)
Oversee the full hotel and cottage reservations process, ensuring timely responses and exceptional guest service
Manage cottage and vacation rental bookings, including deposits and issuing confirmations
Serve as the primary point of contact for guests from inquiry through post-travel follow-up
Proactively manage guest inquiries, concerns, special requests, and day-of travel issues
Process cancellations and no-shows in accordance with company policies
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, or customer service
Strong customer service mindset with a hospitality-driven approach
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple bookings and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with booking or reservation systems preferred
Knowledge of Bahamas travel, destinations, or hospitality is a plus
