Lead cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch.
Provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams to align program goals with Neal R. Gross & Co.'s core objectives.
Oversee contractor and staff personnel; ensure timely and consistent delivery of support services.
Manage all hiring activities: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks; ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
Maintain subcontractor arrangements; identify, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors; review subcontractor invoices.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements and that staff have required skills and training.
Assemble billing data and justification materials; prepare responses to customer billing rejections; generate, distribute, and track invoices; report on invoice status and deliverables invoiced vs. pending.
Track and report on all customer furnished media; ensure safekeeping of materials; submit breach notifications and reimburse customers for lost or stolen media as required.
Implement and maintain QA/QC systems to meet all contract and task order requirements.
