Security Engineer

• Neal R. Gross & Co. (NRGCO) is a Washington, DC based Court Reporting and Transcription company.
• Provide verbatim court reporting and transcription services to a broad range of government and private clients.
• Looking to add legal transcribers for EOIR type of work: trials, administrative hearings, historical and investigational interviews, and meetings.
• This is a WORK FROM HOME position.
• Transcribe audio, notes and a provided format accurately and in a timely fashion.

Legal Transcriber/Typist – Government Security Clearance

Journalist

• - Takes down the proceeding using Machine Shorthand, Voice, or Digital capture
• - Capture verbatim proceedings of courts, meetings, depositions, and hearings
• - Administer oaths and participate in depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings
• - Transport, set up, and operate equipment to capture the record accurately
• - Perform advance preparation for assignments, including building job worksheets, reviewing case information, and ensuring proper hardware setup
• - Ensure all exhibits are secured, proper file backups are performed, and required worksheets are completed and uploaded at the close of the proceeding
• - Maintain all required reports and logs and respond promptly to communications
• - Represent NRGCO professionally in all proceedings and interactions

Court Reporter, Clearance – Contract

Program Manager

• Lead cross-functional teams and manage programs from concept through launch.
• Provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams to align program goals with Neal R. Gross & Co.'s core objectives.
• Oversee contractor and staff personnel; ensure timely and consistent delivery of support services.
• Manage all hiring activities: advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks; ensure compliance with security clearance requirements.
• Maintain subcontractor arrangements; identify, qualify, and negotiate with subcontractors; review subcontractor invoices.
• Ensure subcontractor compliance with confidentiality, privacy, and security requirements and that staff have required skills and training.
• Assemble billing data and justification materials; prepare responses to customer billing rejections; generate, distribute, and track invoices; report on invoice status and deliverables invoiced vs. pending.
• Track and report on all customer furnished media; ensure safekeeping of materials; submit breach notifications and reimburse customers for lost or stolen media as required.

We have been in business for over 45 years and provide verbatim court reporting and transcription services to a broad range of government and private clients. We are looking to add legal transcribers for EOIR type of work: trials, administrative hearings, historical and investigational interviews, and meetings.
• This is a WORK FROM HOME position. Legal transcription experience is required along with EOIR expirence. Timeliness is a must, as are excellent English language skills. Please apply only if you can transcribe at least 3 hours of audio per week.
• Audio, notes and a format will be provided to you by FTP. You will be required to transcribe them accurately and in a timely fashion and in accordance with the provided format and then send us the completed verbatim transcript.
