About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational IT support and administer clients, servers and networks
Support clients across the corporate group
Support integration projects and the ongoing development of the IT infrastructure
Provide 1st-level support for Windows, Office and iOS via the helpdesk
Administer Windows clients
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, MS SQL, Exchange and Ubuntu
Administer networks, preferably LANCOM
Carry out or support various integration projects
Procure hardware and manage inventory

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience handling IT issues as a Support Engineer or in a similar role
Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office
Enjoy solving IT problems
Knowledge of IT networks, especially CISCO and LANCOM, is an advantage
Category B driving license
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
