About the role
- Lead design and architectural decisions across the platform.
- Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Mentor developers, support troubleshooting, and foster continuous improvement.
- Translate complex business requirements into efficient, scalable technical solutions.
- Oversee multi-layered architecture and integrations with external systems.
- Act as a technical spokesperson in cross-functional and strategic discussions.
- Report on project progress, risks, and delivery quality to executive management.
- Promote engineering best practices and drive innovation within the team.
- Clear technical documentation and consistent knowledge sharing.
- Effective team mentorship and strong alignment on architecture standards.
- Reliable, high-quality software delivery in line with business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full-stack Developer with strong architectural understanding.
- Typically 5+ years of professional development experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, .NET Core, APIs, and Azure Cloud Services.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading Agile teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
