About the role
- Roller Gaming develops iGaming, sportsbetting and lottery native applications and web-based platform solutions for global leaders
- Role overview: QA Automation Engineer (Mid to Senior) responsible for quality, manual and automated testing across products
- Design, develop, and maintain test cases and automation scripts for web applications
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and QA engineers to translate requirements into testing scenarios
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms and devices
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and participate in defect reporting, tracking, and validation
- Contribute to test documentation, test reports, and QA process improvements
- Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, technologies, and practices
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing
- Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium [Grid], TestNG, Selenide; optional: JUnit, Cucumber, PyTest)
- Solid understanding of API testing with tools such as Postman or REST Assured
- Experience working with CI tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Understanding of microservice architecture, system integrations, and backend validations
- Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent certifications (nice to have)
- Experience with cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack, Appium) (nice to have)
- Familiarity with mocking APIs and testing microservices (nice to have)
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies (nice to have)
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering quality software (nice to have)
