Requirements
What you’ll need- Perform installation, configuration and maintenance of NDD products
- Participate in and/or act as an instructor for trainings on NDD products or support tools for technical analysis
- Respond to tickets to clarify questions, requests, or incidents, identifying and resolving problems
- Consult and publish articles in the knowledge base
- Perform version migrations for customers and partners
