Key responsibilities & impact

Provide active support in the maintenance, monitoring, operation, and improvement of solutions.
Monitor the processing workflow (fiscal documents).
Identify and resolve questions, requests, or incidents.
Assist with validation of releases provided by development in the test environment.
Publish articles to the knowledge base.
Plan and perform system updates in the Cloud environment.
Monitor SQL database maintenance routines and assess their performance.
Lead and participate in daily stand-ups with operational teams.
Manage access control for users authorized to provide support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Responsible for providing active support in the maintenance, monitoring, operation, and improvement of solutions, demonstrating proactive initiative.
Support internal teams in detailed analysis of NDD products.
Analyze reported incidents, ensuring the stability of the Cloud Platform.
Create new alerts (email and monitoring tool).
Immediate escalation in case of systemic outages.
Monitor the processing workflow (fiscal documents).
Analyze alert effectiveness to adjust metrics.
Analyze performance of application servers and databases.
Meet the UPTIME targets established and contracted by the client.
Plan Cloud resource sizing together with Infrastructure.
