Write automated tests and collaborate with the team in building and continuously improving both automated and manual tests.
Understand the test pyramid and write test scenarios.
Test alternative case flows together with the development team.
Support the team in building and continuously improving test cases.
Monitor product stability with respect to testing.
Identify, report, and propose improvements to tests.
Collaborate in the maintenance of the integrated test environment.
Understand the importance of security.
Use this knowledge to point out issues to development for decision-making that may have security implications.
Ensure tasks are properly sized/estimated according to the backlog.
Contribute to the analysis of the team's metrics.
Help propose actions to improve performance indicators.
Regularly support company-defined practices and processes aimed at continuous improvement.
Occasionally facilitate discussions supporting the leader, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to share their opinions and be heard.
Seek guidance to expand your own experience.
Occasionally mentor your teammates in an open, respectful, flexible, and empathetic manner.
Possess an understanding of your team's domain and how it contributes to the overall business strategy.
Be a supporter of building and adopting new testing trends.
Perform code reviews.
Nice to have / a plus: Knowledge of test automation (Cypress, Selenium, Robot Framework, Smoke Tests).
Problem analysis and resolution tools (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa/fishbone diagram).
Types of testing (White-box, Black-box, Performance, Regression).
Test strategies and test plans (Test Cases).
SOAP WebService testing.
API testing.
Functional and integration testing (manual).
Defect management (failures, bugs, defects).
