About the role

  • Support the marketing team in creating and organizing content (social media, blog, community, website, emails, etc.).
  • Assist with scheduling, reviewing, and ensuring compliance of posts, publication calendars, and posting schedules.
  • Research references, trends, and ideas for content and graphic design.
  • Help organize and archive produced materials (images, videos, and communication assets).
  • Monitor basic social media metrics and team indicators.
  • Contribute to basic copyediting, following PrintWayy’s brand voice guidelines.
  • Collaborate on campaign activities, online events, and internal communications.
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks within the marketing area.
  • Learn and follow the day-to-day activities of the communication and marketing team to understand all tasks and functions.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Lages, Santa Catarina (SC), Brazil.
  • Age between 14 and 24 years old (not yet turned 25).
  • High school in progress or completed.
  • Availability to complete the required vocational qualification course (in accordance with apprenticeship legislation).
  • Preferred: Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or technical program in Communication, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Language/Literature, or related fields.
