About the role
- Act as the project communication lead, conducting regular, clear and structured alignments with internal and external stakeholders, including management and executive levels, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives, risks, dependencies and trade-offs;
- Plan and execute complex deployments of NDD solutions, taking a preventive and analytical view of costs, schedule, scope, risks and governance, using methodologies, tools and rituals defined by NDD;
- Negotiate scope, priorities and deadlines in a technical and strategic manner, balancing client needs, core solution feasibility and project sustainability;
- Conduct technical alignments with OTM implementers, ensuring architectural coherence, system integration and smooth communication between teams;
- Develop the complete implementation plan, including a detailed schedule, risk mapping, governance plan, physical-financial control (S-curve) and continuous monitoring strategy;
- Configure business rules in the NDD solution, acting as a translator between the client's operational needs and the platform core;
- Lead technical and functional testing, ensuring communication between interfaces, including unit, integration, stress tests, UAT and smoke tests;
- Guide the client in using the solution core, providing consultative and assertive guidance when customization is requested, adjusting processes and negotiating sustainable alternatives;
- Prepare and lead status and accountability meetings, with objective communication, clear data, expectation management and executive guidance;
- Ensure project governance and documentation, including TAP, TEP, acceptance terms per phase and formal decision records;
- Analyze error logs and provide technical support to the implementation and support teams, enabling fast, well-founded decisions;
- Act as a facilitator and influencer, providing technical direction to the team, mediating conflicts and maintaining partner and client engagement.
