About the role
- Manage projects related to major retail clients focusing on Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of functional flows in retail POS systems.
- Oversee client support contracts and manage incidents reported by clients.
- Produce management reports and handle communication and escalation processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven experience in managing IT projects.
- Solid background in the Retail industry, particularly in Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
