About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Diagnose and make minor repairs and replace modules on EPOS, self-checkouts, PCs, workstations, and peripherals
  • Perform second-line maintenance on ATMs and kiosks
  • Develop network and infrastructure skills
  • Install, maintain, and repair equipment within an assigned territory/region
  • Ensure continuity of customer operations and high customer satisfaction
  • Own customer problems or incidents until resolved to customer satisfaction or in compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Travel for customer service assignments and carry/lift tool kits and parts
  • Work rotating shifts when required
  • Work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively and proactively

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full DK driving license
  • Experience is preferred in break/fix, IT, computer/mechanical repair
  • Basic computer hardware and software knowledge
  • Experience with Windows operating systems
  • Experience in PC hardware maintenance
  • Basic network skillset
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to quickly learn new skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • High level of mechanical/electrical aptitude
  • Ability to travel for prolonged periods and carry/lift tool kits and parts of varying weights
  • Ability to work rotating shifts when required
