About the role
- Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Chicago area
- Meet clients face-to-face to understand needs and demonstrate NCR Voyix technology
- Act as a trusted advisor rather than using pushy sales tactics
- Own and manage sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and forecast performance
- Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver client experience
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Help local restaurant owners run smarter with POS systems, kitchen tools, and contactless payments
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships
- Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)
- Strong communication skills and confidence to walk into any room and connect
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Local to the Chicago IL area and open to daily travel
- Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between)
- Bonus: Previous experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
- Bonus: Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations
