About the role

  • Prospect, network, and close deals with restaurants across the Chicago area
  • Meet clients face-to-face to understand needs and demonstrate NCR Voyix technology
  • Act as a trusted advisor rather than using pushy sales tactics
  • Own and manage sales pipeline using tools like Salesforce and forecast performance
  • Partner with solution engineers, account managers, and onboarding teams to deliver client experience
  • Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
  • Help local restaurant owners run smarter with POS systems, kitchen tools, and contactless payments

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management
  • Hunter mentality and passion for building authentic client relationships
  • Experience with hospitality or restaurant tech (POS systems, digital ordering, payment platforms)
  • Strong communication skills and confidence to walk into any room and connect
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Local to the Chicago IL area and open to daily travel
  • Hospitality industry experience (front of house, back of house, or anything in between)
  • Bonus: Previous experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce
  • Bonus: Familiarity with small business owners and franchise operations
