Key responsibilities & impact
  • The Technical Consultant is the technical reference for our customers
  • Responsible for technical advising on NCR VOYIX products
  • Collecting user requirements and functional specifications analysis
  • Testing activities, software release and installation package
  • Deeper problem determination and resolution for various NCR VOYIX product

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Preferably 5 years of experience in the retail solutions.
  • Software and systems architecture (technical, IT and enterprise)
  • Strong collaboration and ability to work in a teaming environment.
  • Good communication, creative thinking and presentation skills
  • Documentation management
  • Pragmatic: able to effectively manage the cost of business
  • Native national language and good English knowledge (written and speaking) required
  • A continual learner that stays up-to-date on the latest technologies (attends and ideally presents at tech conferences)
