About the role
- Analyze integration requirements from business stakeholders and technical teams
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud platform to enable seamless data flow between applications and systems
- Configure and maintain OIC connections with external systems, APIs, and services
- Develop integration interfaces, mappings, and transformations to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
- Monitor integration performance and ensure smooth data flow under various workloads
- Implement best practices and follow industry standards for integration development and security
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest OIC features, enhancements, and trends in the integration domain
- Participate in integration architecture discussions and contribute to the overall integration strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- MCA or B.E. degree (Basic Qualifications)
- 5-7 years of experience as software developer
- Proven experience in developing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar cloud-based integration platforms
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns, API management, and data transformation techniques
- Familiarity with integration protocols and standards (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and databases is a plus
- Knowledge of security and identity management concepts in integration scenarios
- Candidate should be familiar with AGILE and WaterFall methodology
- Candidate should be ready to work in different timezones as per the project demand
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple integration projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
