Regional Manager, Business Development – Restaurants

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue goals.
- Own and execute a regional sales strategy focused on new business acquisition and market expansion.
- Guide full-cycle sales efforts: prospecting, solution demos, proposals, and contract negotiation.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant operators—from GMs to C-suite.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and implementation teams.
- Represent NCR Voyix at industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, including people management in a quota-carrying environment.
- "Hunter type" of personality
- Proven success in leading teams and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience in payments processing, SaaS, or enterprise software sales.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and hospitality tech trends.
- Executive presence, negotiation skills, and CRM fluency (Salesforce preferred).
- Willingness to travel up to 70% within the region.
