About the role
- Transform retail stores and restaurant systems with comprehensive, platform-led SaaS and services capabilities.
- Collaborate with other engineers in troubleshooting and repair of hardware devices.
- Participate in training sessions on new technologies and industry updates.
Requirements
- Must have PC hardware and software repair experience
- Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude an advantage
- Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs is a strong advantage
- NMI Verification Licence advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in Australia without Visa restriction.
- Passion for new technology
- Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
- Able to work autonomously, professionally and be an excellent communicator
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong Customer service skills
- A minimum 2 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment.
