About the role
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
- Complete service calls and repairs for self-service checkout systems
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Collaborate with the team to improve service delivery and efficiency
Requirements
- Must have PC hardware and software repair experience
- Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude an advantage
- Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs is a strong advantage
- NMI Verification Licence advantageous
- High attention to detail
- Able to work in Australia without Visa restriction
- Passion for new technology
- Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
- Able to work autonomously, professionally and be an excellent communicator
- Valid Driver’s license
- Strong Customer service skills
- A minimum 2 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment
