About the role

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
  • Complete service calls and repairs for self-service checkout systems
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Requirements

  • Must have PC hardware and software repair experience
  • Electro-mechanical device repair and aptitude an advantage
  • Previous experience with SelfServe Checkout repairs is a strong advantage
  • NMI Verification Licence advantageous
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work in Australia without Visa restriction
  • Passion for new technology
  • Willing to travel and complete service calls as required
  • Able to work autonomously, professionally and be an excellent communicator
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • A minimum 2 years’ experience with electromechanical equipment
