Field Service Technician acting as first-line on-site response to customers in assigned territory
Provide installation, maintenance, and service for Chick-fil-A kitchen production systems, POS, receipt printers, payment terminals, and peripherals
Oversee hardware maintenance, installation, network management, multi-vendor maintenance, and software support
Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls (modular swaps and unit replacements)
Manage network faults, configuration, security, and remote system access
Log all customer calls and activity and track expenses
Communicate with customers to triage issues, provide solutions, escalate when necessary, and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
General knowledge of POS and familiarity with network/system management
Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
Basic PC skills, basic electronic skills, and hardware/operating system familiarity
1-3 years of related technical experience preferred
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows
Local candidates strongly preferred (no paid relocation; must be available to begin promptly)
High School Diploma or GED (associate degree or higher preferred)
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Must be at least 21 years of age
Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies NCR fleet requirements
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Physical requirements: prolonged travel, driving several hours per day, rotating/weekend shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, bending, squatting, walking, standing, sitting, reaching, fine motor tasks
