About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
- Service electromechanical equipment such as ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
- Perform maintenance repair and system overhauls
- Manage network faults and traffic, configuration, security, and remote system access
- Organize and triage customer issues and handle problems proactively
- Communicate with customers in an open, helpful, and engaging manner to find the right solution
- Act as a first-line response and ambassador for the NCR Atleos brand
Requirements
What you’ll need- Local candidate to the specific geographic area
- Authorized to work in the US
- At least 19 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and driving record satisfying NCR Atleos fleet requirements
- PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
- Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to travel for prolonged periods, driving several hours per day
- Availability for rotating and weekend shifts
- Ability to carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
- Ability to bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, work with hands, and repetitively grasp and manipulate objects
- Preferred: familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
- Preferred: A+ Certification, CompTIA, or N+ Certification
- Preferred: one or more years of related experience
- Successful completion of applicable employment screening criteria
